7Heaven Technology was found in 2006, by IT professionals working in UAE. Our focus is in developing business management software for various business sectors. Seeing the growing real estate and trading market of Dubai, the company started with Property management software, work order and inventory management as the key products.
With the years of experience in developement and managment, the products are high quality software with very less error percentage. We are dealing with more than a dozen companies whose day to day business is run on our software platform.
Our latest product is a CRM tool, developed according to the requirement posed by our clients. We are growing in both team and client size, with more number of products in business management sector.
Our core value is customer satisfaction. We believe, as an organization providing software, we should be customer obsessed. We are having seperate team and working hours for understanding the customer behaviour and requirements. We analyse the way our customers are using our tools to come up with better UX standards.
Our main theme is customer first. If a customer poses a complaint or requirement, it will be the prime priority in our task sheets. We believe, with the different needs and confusions occuring with each customer, we learn and this knowledge is the real intellectual property we develop as a company.
We have account managers who will be assigned for each client we deal with. All matters regarding that client will be taken care respective account managers.

We should be able to deliver the advantges of data, big data and analytics to our clients to improve their business standards and profit.
