Refund and cancellation terms for SafeIdea Digital Solutions services.

Consultations
The initial discovery consultation is free. Paid consulting sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
Project deposits
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel before work begins. Once work has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
Care plans
Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following month. Partial months are not refunded.
How to request a refund
Email us with your name, invoice number and reason. We respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
