We provide digital services including website design and maintenance, technology consulting and digital resources. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are defined in a written estimate or agreement.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project work may require a deposit before starting, with the balance due upon completion. Invoices are payable within 15 days.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and content they have the right to use.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them. Third-party tools, fonts, plugins and stock media remain subject to their own licenses. Website content on safeidea.ir belongs to us and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
